Agreement to Terms
By using inkedandawkward.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. Pretty straightforward.
What We Sell
We sell tattoo-inspired apparel. Everything is made to order—when you buy it, we print it. This means:
- Orders can't be canceled once placed
- No refunds for "changed my mind" (see our return policy)
- Production takes time (usually 5-10 business days before shipping)
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD
- Prices may change without notice (but we won't change your order after you've paid)
- Payment is processed by Square—we never see your card details
- Sales tax added where required by law
Shipping
- We ship within the United States
- Free shipping on orders $100+
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
- We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
- Wrong address? That's on you. Double-check before checkout.
Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are owned by Inked & Awkward or licensed from our collaborating artists.
- Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs
- Don't use our images for commercial purposes
- Do feel free to post pics wearing our stuff (tag us @inkedandawkwardofficial)
User Conduct
Don't be a jerk. Specifically:
- Don't use the Site for anything illegal
- Don't try to hack, scrape, or mess with our systems
- Don't use bots or automated tools to make purchases
- Don't submit fake orders or chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to run a good operation, but:
- The Site is provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
Basically: if something goes wrong with your shirt, we'll make it right. But we're not liable for your bad day, missed event, or any other domino effect.
Disputes
If we have a disagreement:
- Let's try to work it out like adults first (email us)
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas
- Any legal proceedings will be in Texas courts
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll update the "last updated" date when we make changes.
