Returns & Exchanges

No BS. Just Fair.

The TL;DR

Ordered the wrong size? We'll swap it. Got a defective shirt? We'll replace it. Changed your mind? Sorry, no can do.

Size Exchanges

Look, we get it. Sometimes Medium fits like a tent and sometimes it fits like a sausage casing. If you need a different size, hit us up within 14 days of getting your order.

  • Shirt has to be unworn (trying it on doesn't count as worn, obviously)
  • Tags still attached
  • Not covered in cat hair, Cheeto dust, or whatever that is
  • You pay shipping to send it back, we pay shipping on the new size

Pro tip: Check our size guide before ordering. It exists for a reason.

Defects & Damage

If your shirt shows up with a hole, a messed up print, or looking like it went through a garbage disposal—that's on us. We'll make it right.

  • Email us photos within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll ship a replacement for free
  • Keep the defective one. Make it a cleaning rag. We don't want it back.

What We Don't Do

Straight up honesty time:

  • No refunds because you changed your mind
  • No returns on worn items (we can tell)
  • No exchanges after 14 days
  • No returns on sale items — you knew the risk

Every shirt is made to order. When you buy it, we print it. Can't exactly resell a shirt with your size and color combo.

How to Start a Return

Don't just ship stuff back and hope for the best. Email us first:

Include your order number and what's going on. We'll get back to you within 48 hours (usually faster, but we're not Amazon over here).
