We collect what we need to sell you shirts and ship them to your door. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. We're not trying to be creepy.
What We Collect
When you buy something:
- Name and shipping address (to send you stuff)
- Email (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- Payment info (processed by Square—we never see your card number)
When you sign up for our list:
- Email address (that's it)
Automatically collected:
- Basic analytics (page views, device type) via Netlify
- No invasive tracking, no pixel stalking across the internet
How We Use It
- Fulfilling orders — Shipping your stuff to the right address
- Communication — Order confirmations, shipping updates, occasional drops
- Improving the site — Basic analytics to see what's broken
That's it. We don't build profiles on you. We don't sell your info to advertisers. We don't do that thing where you look at one shirt and then see it everywhere for the next month.
Third Parties
We use a few services to run this operation:
- Square — Payment processing. They have their own privacy policy.
- Netlify — Website hosting and basic analytics.
- TapStitch — Fulfillment. Gets your address to ship your order.
We only share what's necessary to get your order to you. Nobody's buying your browsing history from us.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Cart session — Remembers what's in your cart (stored locally, not on our servers)
- Basic analytics — Anonymous page view data
No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No selling your cookie data.
Your Rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime (link in every email)
- Request your data — Email us and we'll tell you what we have
- Delete your data — Email us and we'll remove it (except what we legally need to keep for taxes/records)
California residents: Under CCPA, you have the right to know what personal info we collect and request deletion. We don't sell personal info.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security (HTTPS, secure payment processing through Square). That said, no system is 100% bulletproof. We do our best to keep your info safe.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. We won't pull any sneaky stuff.
